ANGELICA NUBY

 As an experienced pedagogue, educator, and dynamic performer, Angelica Nuby is a native of Fresno, CA. Her undergraduate education began in Stockton, CA, as a full scholarship recipient to attend the UOP Conservatory of Music in Stockton, CA. During her time at UOP, she was principal flute of the wind ensemble under the direction of Eric Hammer, and also had the opportunity to perform as a soloist, performing Howard Hanson’s “Serenade”. During her undergraduate years, she was a member of the San Francisco Youth Symphony, having worked under conductors Alasdair Neale and Michael Tilson Thomas. She also performed with the Dave Brubeck Quartet and the Grateful Dead while she was pursuing her Bachelor of Music in Music performance.
